Lumira Discovery not Launching fron BI Launchpad

Hi Experts,

We did a Lumira upgrade a week back,

We don't have any documents yet to publish to Enterprise.

The Lumira node was a new Server all together.

we Installed 4.2 SP3 Patch 10 for enterprise on this Lumira node to make it identical to the current architecture of enterprise, this was done through Custom install and then choosing appropriate services.

After that we ran LSBIP2.0 SP1 on this Lumira server and choose services.

Lastly we performed LSBIP2.0 SP1 web services on the existing web server ( only 1).

We are getting one issue , whenever we are trying to create a document through BI Launchpad , it stucks forever in loading , have tried different browser for same still same issue.

The newly added servers also work fine ( no errors there ).

the Jason file also downloads if I do a http:6405/biprws

If we publish a new document created from discovery client that also cant be viewed in Launchpad

The Lumira server and WACS logs are not depictaing anything.

Any pointers as to where we should look into ? directions

Hi Kultar,

Are you able to find the solution?

We see the same problem for Lumira 2.1?

However, the difference is that, it stuck for the first time load.

If close the browser, and do it again, it loads successfully.

Each time it stuck for the first time open the browser and launch web Lumira discovery.
