Problem in Integrating Unicode System and Non Unicode System

Hi Friends,

I am working in SAP CRM5.0 Implementation Project.Our Customer Already Implemented the SAP R/3 4.7.

Now the Problem is we have to integrate SAP R/3 4.7 and SAP CRM5.0.

SAP R/3 4.7 is non Unicode System and SAP CRM5.0 is Unicode System Can anyone tell me how to integrate these two systems.
