Security Check

Dear friends,

Is there any customized or standard program for checking all programs which are available in application server performing delete or insert or update to standard SAP table.

more clear: I need a logic or program to check any program is doing the delete or insert or update the fields in SAP Standard or Z,Y table.

pls any one is having pls send me .
