Field - Periodic unit price

Please can you help me about following question.

For finished and semi goods ( materials has S price control in its master record ) in the field “Price of the material” I have a value which is being counting up to date visible in ckm3n it is moving average price .

I want there to be a value counted at the end of the previous period - Periodic unit price .

How to achieve that?
