I have created an A/R invoice and saved as Draft. The Draft which I saved where it will reflect and how can I monitor it.

You can view that in Sales module (Document draft) on that u can select A/R Invoice document.

You could also use this simple query :
select * FROM ODRF T0 WHERE T0.[ObjType] = '13' and docstatus = 'o'
