Closing a Distribution Center

Dear All,

i require some inputs regarding the following issue-

We want to close a Distribution Center(DC A) by End Dec 2007. Pls guide on the steps to be taken for same. Guidelines for same are -

a) There should not be any stock in system on 1st Jan 2008 in DC A.

b) Last day of goods dispatch and Invoicing is 29th Dec 2007 for DC A

c) Customers who were delivered from this DC A will be serviced from another DC B post closure of this DC A

d) Last day of Sales order booking is 25th Dec 2007 for this DC.

Kindly provide your inputs on the same as to what all needs to be taken care of while closing this DC A.
