Hi Sathish,
I think you want to do client copy.
Steps for Client Copy:
1. Maintain the new client with transaction SCC4 and add a new entry to the list
2. Activate kernel user SAP*
We need to edit the Default profile which is available in the path
F:\usr\sap\HR6\SYS\profile\ DEFAULT.PFL as following
Login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0
3. Restart the application server (from SAP MMC).
4. Log on to the new client (client 200) with kernel user SAP* and password PASS
5. Copy client 000 with transaction SCCL and profile SAP_CUST as shown below.
We can do copy client by two ways:
1. Schedule as background job.
2. Start immediately (running in foreground)
Select any one
Then it will ask for confirmation as below. Click continues to start for client copy.
Note:
Its advisable to go for background job and also it will be usually done when no users are using the client .so its good to do at later part of the day.
6. Check the log files with transaction SCC3 whether client copy is successfully done or not.
7. Create user DDIC using transaction code su01 (use user sap* )
Note: only sap* user will be there after client copy.
8. Deactivate kernel user SAP*
We need to edit the Default profile which is available in the path
F:\usr\sap\HR6\SYS\profile\ DEFAULT.PFL as following
Login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 1
9. Restart the application server (from SAP MMC).
Award Points if finf it useful
Thanks,
Prashant.

Hi,
If your talking about system refresh, you need to restore a backup of your source system to your target system.
Please search for system copy document. http://service.sap.com/instguides
ex. Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copy for SAP Systems based on SAP Web AS ABAP 6.40 SR1

Jeff
