Is is possible to change the SAP Identity Authentication (SCI) tenant Logon Screen field labels?

Hi,

We are using SAP Cloud with our own SAP Identity Authentication (SCI) tenant authenticating our cloud users. Everything works fine, but the login page is slightly misleading and I would like to change a label on the login screen.

It's possible for users to logon with their email address, their user name or their login ID. That works fine. But the login page of our SAP Identity Authentication tenant only says "Email" in label for that field. This confuses the users and they think they can only use email address to logon. I would like to change this login page so the label is like the standard SAP IdP login page and says "E-mail, ID, or User Name".

Is it possible to change that label? The only options I can see within our tenant admin settings are to put the application name on the screen, load a small and large logo, put a register button etc. But I cannot see an option to change the text labels on the fields.

Here is the SAP standard example to the public SAP identity service (e.g. accounts.sap.com), you can see the label says "E-mail, ID or User Name":

And here is part of the login page using our SCP Identity Authentication (SCI) tenant. I want to change the "E-Mail" label to "E-mail, ID or User Name" so it represents the actual functionality:

Anyone know if this is possible? I could not find it in any documentation, OSS or anywhere else.

Thanks,

Brendan

    Hi Brendan,

Can you please try changing the Tenant Texts using REST APIs. They are documented here

      Hello Brendan,

Were you able to use the API ? We are stuck on the "Authentication" aspect of Cloud Identity API. We have set API authentication for application "Admin Console" but still get 403 when using the API.

      Regards,
