Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know Has S/4 Hana (1610 or 1709) On premises providing support of Integration with SRM SUS (Supplier Self Services).

Earlier we use MM-SUS integration to accommodate supplier, But now we have requirement of S4-SUS, If anyone knows about this then provide link where i can find details of this.

Note - We know it's nicely integrated with Ariba Network but we have requirement of SUS (SRM) Integration

Hello Pawan,

there is no support for the MM-SUS scenario with S/4 Hana. KBA 2474434 describes this information as well.

I would recommond to contact SAP for correct details, because many changes occuring day by day and from release to release.

Technically in 1610 , the procurement solution within SAP S/4HANA is not a successor to the SAP SRM components. Therefore, the SAP SRM software components and SAP S/4HANA cannot be installed on the same system. Technically, it is not a co-deployment, Simplification List for SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS2 Page | 134 but in the future the procurement solution will evolve to take over the SAP SRM functions. The functional scope is described in the content of the feature scope description of SAP S/4HANA. Customers with SAP SRM and SAP Business Suite on one server need to re-implement the procurement processes on the SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition system which have been used on SAP Business Suite source release within the SAP SRM installation. It is not possible to install the SAP SRM software components within the SAP S/4HANA stack. The functional scope of the new procurement solution available with the first release of SAP S/4HANA is not identical with the SAP SRM functions. With SAP S/4 HANA this AddOn deployment is not possible anymore. Therefore, a de-installation of the SRM AddOn is necessary when converting the SAP ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA.SRM Self-Service Procurement capabilities are re-implemented within SAP S/4 HANA. The functional scope is described in the feature scope description under the solution capability of Self-Service Requisitioning. The functional scope is not identical with the SAP SRM functionality. However it is planned to reach functional equivalence over time by continuous improvement of the S/4 HANA capabilities. There are migration reports available to transfer the business data from the SAP SRM AddOn to the SAP S/4 HANA system.Providing Self-Service Requisitioning as an integral part of S/4 HANA has several business benefits compared to the old AddOn deployment: • Data structures are simplified, e.g. no shopping cart data anymore, instead only purchase requisition data is used • Seamless UI integration based on SAP Fiori (formerly GUI and WebDynpro) as well as seamless process integration. No master data replication (formerly data replication between SRM AddOn and ERP core).

Hope it is useful.

Hi Ivy,

We are going to plan Greenfield Implementation with S/4 - SUS.

With respect to MM-SUS, we use Idocs for transactional documents but here in S/4 there is a limited support for Idocs, Also standard scenaios PI scenarios available with respect to S4 and SUS in SAP PO/PI?
