Dear experts,

Althoug in table V_T706B1_B there is no setting to calculate the amount of guests it is showed in the expens formular. (PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM or PL_GLO_EXPENSE_FORM)

1) Is there any possibility to hide this?
2) Is it further possible to rename the amounts of nights from a stay from "numbers" to eg. "amount of nights"?
Thanks for your information.

Kind regards,
Claudia

Hi Claudia

Have you set the field "number calculation" in view V_T706B1_B to "blank" for the expense types affected?

Regards,

Monika

Hi Claudia,

Have you created the trips via Fiori MTE app? In this case you might apply SAP note 2556184

Monika

Hi Monika

I've implemented this note with the following effect:

a) With PR05: the number of guests isn't visible (POST)
b) With Fiori: the number of guests is visible (AUSB, BAHN)

Regards,

Claudia

Hi Monika

I just remarked a similar issue. When the employee enters a text into the comment field of a position in Fiori, there is an additiontional field on the form but it's empty (neverless if the text has been filed in Fiori or in pr05)....

Regards,
Claudia

Hi Monika

This note was the solution for the amount of guest. Thanks a lot!

But the comment is still not visible on the form only the title of it.
Please check the attachment.

Kind regards,
Claudia

Hi Monika

We just remarked that concerning the guest the form is correct but not the view in Fiori.
In the wage type we set the calculation of attendees, but in Fiori there it isn't calculated.

Please see screenshots.

Kind regards,
Claudia
