Dear

set your decimal points with CUNI t-code => select the specific UOM and change the place of dcimal

this will works for ever not for a single PO for selected Unit

Do not change the decimal places in the UOM (or currency). Use a smaller UOM so that you need not use so many decimal places.

For example, if you are ordering in kilograms, order in grams or even milligrams.

Have you allowed 5 decimals in customizing transaction CUNI for LB?

I have maintained 5 decimals, but its allowing only three decimals.

How to solve this problem?

Sorry I had not cross-checked my answer first.

ME21N uses a pattern, which does not allow more decimals than 3.

Further, A setting of more than three decimal places is ineffective because the MENG13 domain that is used allows only three.
