CRM Text Determination

Hello,

I need help with a text determination procedure.

The text determination works in the old version CRM 3.0, but after the upgrade to CRM 5.0, something did change and it doesn’t work anymore.

I saw the configuration in SPRO -> CRM -> Basic Functions -> Text Management and it seems to be ok.

I have a text in BP master data and I want it to appear in a Service operation document and I select the BP, if it doesn’t have text the access sequence grabs the second option, a sap script text. For some reason the first text in the access sequence isn’t determinate just the second appear.

Anyone got anything to help me, please?

Dear Ana,

The configuration needs to be done under:

CRM->Baisc Function->Text Management->Define Text Determination Procedure

Then the text determination procedure needs to be assigned to Transaction type and item category.

Pls check in the access seq the customer text which partner function is maintained if it it other than SP it might not flow just check it out and if not resolved pls respond back to me

The partner function is SOLD_TO_PARTY, is that what you mean with other than 'SP'?
