I need to implement a scenario that PI picks the file from local directory and send to other system. I would like to know, in term of performance, is there any SIGNIFICANT difference between picking up files from a single directory, and picking up files from several directories of a single directory.
Please let me know, based on your experience.
Thanks
Hi,
I assume you are talking about picking up files from sub-directories.
In any case there are no performance issue when you are picking up file from any directory (or changing directory), performance here is depends upon size of file you are picking up.
