We will be developing OVP as part of our project. I have read that OVP doesn't really need HANA to work. So my question is, if we dont use HANA, does the OVP have a way to get realtime data from the backend?
I know you can already do this via on-premise method. But I'm wondering if the app will be able to pull data realtime. What I'm assuming is that when we load the data and a new data comes in again from the backend (say another open order), the app would need to refresh/rerender in order to see the latest data. I believe in HANA you don't do it like that. Though I can be wrong.
