Output type in Purchase Orders, erroring out for some users

Hi All,

There is a custom output type that I'm dealing with, for example 'ZZZ'. ZZZ appears for all other users when they create Purchase orders (POs), except for two users for whom it appears some times and some time it doesn't.

For ZZZ, the condition tables are in sequence as follows in the Access:

Table1 (standard): Doc type,Purchase org, Vendor

Table2 (Custom): Doc Type, Vendor

Table3 (Custom): Doc type, Purch Org

Table4 (standard): Doc Type

Condition records for this ZZZ output type are only maintaned in the 3rd table. However there are other output types as well which are custom and standard whose condition records exist in 1st and 2nd tables.

Having said that, ZZZ has got problem with just couple of users, that too some time it appears other time it won't.
