Hi
While trying to create a CRM Activity relating to Customer Complaints, the users need to drill down selection menu and then are loosing time within the Customers Relationship.
Requested to have Business Activity set by default as "COMPLAINT" for all the listed users.
How " Complaints" can be set as default activity. Please suggest.

if I understand you correct, you need a fast way to create a complaint. You can customize a button into transaction CRMD_BUS2000126, where you can create directly a special transaction type. Go into CRMD_BUS2000126, than in the menue is a icon on the right side with an head and sheet for options or settings, press this an go to tab "specials", and customize your preferred transaction as fast buttons.
So it is a fast way, when you have transaction CRMD_BUS2000126 in the favourites, and than the button into the complaint.
