Tax calculation for IN01 & IN00

Hello,

Can someone explain the impact of IN00 & IN01.

Say suppose we have a tax code AB for which values are 12%(ServiceTax), 2%(Cess), 1% (SHEcess)& 12.5%(VAT).

When the combination of AB & IN00 (Tax code & Jurisdiction Code) is selected in a PO, what values should appear & when combination of AB & IN01 is selected, what should appear??
