Hi Sanjay,

The general flow in REM is

1.MM01-material creation.(MM01- FERT,HALB,ROH Types).REM Profile assigned

to the Inhouse manufactured FERT's & HALB's.

2.CS01 - BOM creation.(CS01- Create BOM's for your FERT & HALB).

3.Work centre creation.(CR01)

4.Rate routing.(CA21 - For In house manufactured HALB & FERT's).

5.Creating production version to link BOM & Rate routing.(Using MM02 -

MRP4view or else C223).

6.Creations of product cost collector using production version.(KKF6N,KKF6).

7.Cost rollup & Release using CK40N.

8.Demand values (MD61 - Planned Independent Requirements),

(In addition to this after giving PIR's in MD61 ,we can also use Planning table

MF52).

9.MRP Run(MD02 - Single Item Multi Level),

10.Planned orders generated(Checked in MD04).

11.Pull List MF60(Using Planned orders to stage the material).

12.MF65.

12.MFBF(Assembly Backflush - 261 & 131,Component Backflush - 261,Activity

Backflush for extra time spent for the operations).

13.Settellement - month end if any variance.

Note to be remembered:

1.A Production version is must in REM.

2.Without a Production version you can not create a product cost collector.

3.Without a Standard Cost Estimate,Production bokking can not be done in

MFBF.

If useful reward points.

Hi sanjay,

Hi,

In product cost collector is used to collect costs involved to produce materials like Material cost, Activity cost

When u doing the backflush, all the above cost will be updated in KKF6n.

To create product cost collector use KKF6n. Here u can create preliminary cost estimate also

To create standard cost estimate use CK11n, after that u have to mark and release the cost estimate in Ck24

U can do anyone of cost estimation for backflushing

Hi Sanjay

U need to check what all parameters u have maitained in REM Profile and whether u have activated Repetitive Mfg indicator in MRP 4. Also u need to maintain production versions properly so that u get correct one while doing backflushing

Once ur material master is set; u need to go for product cost collector by KKF6N w/o which u cannot do backflushing. After this u need to do std cost estimate (for material) or preliminary cost estimate (version specific) based on your settings and release it using CK40N

Please check these all and do backflushing & revert if u get any error.....

Reward points if found useful
