stock transfer order

i am doing stock transfer order through sd delivery with movement type 641.

so accounting document is created in case of movement type 641. then it picks the value of raw material from material master lets quantity transfer is 10 and material price is 10 rs in material master. then 100 value is debited and 100 value

is credited . but when we create stock transfer orrder we are taking 5 rs for one quantity. so value in sto is 50 rupees. so please clearify is sto can be created from any value or it should be created from value which is in material master record.urgent. points will be rewarded.

First Understand, For STO bet. plants belongs to same Co.Code useing Movement Type:641, the accounting Doc. will be generated at while you are issueing the material from Supp.Plant only...

Ie) Stock acc. is Credited at supplying Plant..

Stock acc. is Debited at Receiving Plant....

If you are maintaining Std. Price at Receiving Plant and if there is any Price Difference...then Price diff. acc( here the TEK is AUM )is generated...

ie) the price for accounting Document will be picked from material Master only...

this is because we are following Diff. Pricing Procedure for Intra-Company STO...ie)as per Std SAP it is RM2000.....Here the Val. Price(Not Basic Price PB00) Condition type is P101...( you can see it in M/08)

And also if you go and see in M/06, for Condition Type: P101 ,...Control data:1 ---> Condition Category "G"....it controls the accounting documents will be generated based on material Master Valuation Price...

So for Intra- Company STO...you cannot give price of your own....You can only give Frieght Amount....the P101 price automatically taken from Material master......

Hi

STO is also a type of Purcahse order.So you can purchase your material at any price as desired. You need not worry whwether it is a Moving average or Standard Price.

If its a MAP the price will be adjusted accordingly to the inventory & the MAP changes.

If its a SP then the Price difference will be posted to a price varinace account & SP remains the same.

If material is valuated at standard price then price will be picked up from standard price.

If it is MAP then sto price will be picked up.

If a material is valuated at standard price its not possible...this is a feature of standard price valuation in standard sap.
