stock transfer order

i am doing stock transfer order through sd delivery with movement type 641.

so accounting document is created in case of movement type 641. then it picks the value of raw material from material master lets quantity transfer is 10 and material price is 10 rs in material master. then 100 value is debited and 100 value

is credited . but when we create stock transfer orrder we are taking 5 rs for one quantity. so value in sto is 50 rupees. so please clearify is sto can be created from any value or it should be created from value which is in material master record.urgent. points will be rewarded.
