Webdynpro and UWL

Experts

I want to make a visiting card Request mgt for my company.

Requirements

Once User/Employee fill the form of request for visiting card

Then It should go to HR Manager 's UWL.

Problems

I know webdynpro for Java and have no idea of GP or UWL

So please suggest me how can I make this Application.

Provide documents if necessary
