Hybris Marketing Cloud-Facebook Integration

We are facing issues while integrating Hybris Marketing Cloud with Facebook, we are not getting any new comments to posts, not sure if this is Facebook API limitation or flaw in design.

Middleware -HCI

Facebook Integration Iflow schedule -Recurring- Everyday - (1 Day)

Scenario- Company FB admin creates a post in FB page which is linked to your Hybris Marketing cloud, Customers can comment on the posts any time once the post is published, however comments which are published on same day is getting posted in to Hybris marketing cloud system and comments which are posted after 1st day is not getting replicated (Depends on when job is scheduled on a day). It looks system is checking Facebook Integration Iflow schedule and getting post comments along with original post when job runs and next time when job runs it's not able to pick existing Post comments (Delta) and looking only new Posts which are posted when pulling data from FB.

Did anybody come across this issue and any workarounds?

We don't want to increase the iflow schedule time, if we increase we don't get the post and comments frequently. Even if we keep 1 week instead of 1 day, we may not get comments after 1 week of post as system is not able to bring old post comments.

Appreciate your inputs.

Please kindly raise a ticket to component CEC-MKT-FBI and describe your issue in the ticket. The Facebook integration team will look into it.

Thanks for your reply.

We have already created incident but it's not really clear if this is issue from SAP side or Facebook API, I feel it may not be facebook API issue, we are able to create tickets for any comments from C4C-FB Integration point of view (I know it is not same integration).

My main objective of raising this question here is, any workaround or how current live projects which have integration with FB are using this functionality if there is limitation from SAP/FB.

Currently our incident status is moved to Pending release saying FB adapter developers team is looking in to this and let us know if this can be changed in next release.
