unable to preview email output type for PO

hi guys ,

i am facing problem during print preview of email output type for PO DEML,

it says: carried out successfully , and none of the page preview is coming out.

i am using customised program, copied out from normal printout program.. can anybody pls advice if anything is wrong with the program / form ?
