free goods determination

hi

i done free goods determination process for exclusive process. my doubt is , raised order(20 qty, 5 free). but now customer want 10 qty delivery and remaining 10 qty delivery later. in delivery screen system not determining free goods qty automatically. can anyone tel me the process.

is it applicable for inclusive also?

hi,

In VBN2, check the field FREE GOODS DELIVERY CONTROL and select Delivery takes place regardless of main item. Check this, it might help u.

Hi Murali,

Please check in the condition records (VBN2 or VBN3), where the delivery of the free goods are mentioned. There we can mention whether the delivery of the freegoods is to be made proportionately with the delivery quantity of only after the order quantity is fully delivered etc., You can make changes there as per the requirement.
