Hi Gurus,
I'm running into an issue where the role owner is not able to view anything when he opens the UAR request from his GRC work inbox. Other owners are able to view it, it's just one user who has this issue.
Also, I checked the note 1938863 - My MSMP workflow stage setting Approval type is set to 'Complete Request'. I also made sure his browser (IE and Chrome) is updated to latest version but still no luck.
Any suggestions on resolving this issue?
Hi Alessandro - Below is my response to your questions.
you are saying an administrator can view the request with the roles? - I can view the request in Report and Analytics -> User Review Status Report. But here, when the role owner opens his work inbox his screen is completely bank. PFA the screenshot for your reference. capture.png
Did you check authorizations of the user? has authorization to GRFN_USER and GRAC_ROLEP?- Yes, he has both the authorizations that comes from the 'Basic role for all end users'
Did you check SU53 or run an STAUTHTRACE? - I tried SU53 but I get a bogus error. All the role owners have the same roles. It's just not working for this user.

strange. If it's for one user only, I doubt it's a general error. Make sure that he has the same role assignments and user comparison has been ran. Also, check how the user logs on and whether he uses another browser. Check if it works from another computer. For me it looks like a "local" issue for one user.
Hope it helps.
Regards, Alessandro
Hi Rajnikanth,
you are saying an administrator can view the request with the roles? Did you check authorizations of the user? Does he has authorization to GRFN_USER and GRAC_ROLEP? Did you check SU53 or run an STAUTHTRACE?
