Hi everyone,
I have an environment where all users access remotely to a windows machine with SAP Business One client for HANA. In all sessions the default print format is A4 but one, that has print format Letter.
If we switch it to A4 it works fine, but when we restart SAP client, it puts the print format Letter again.
Is there any file where this configuration is saved per user? How can we force it to set print format A4?
