Hi
I've a requirement in workflow to forward the completed workitem task into Share folder. There is a scenario where all HR Admin people will receive a email to assign SAP Position from default position.
I've designed the workflow in such a way that, once the task is completed the WF will shows a Task confirmation message. If an admin click on <b>"Completed Workflow"</b> then mail is disappearing from HR admin's Inbox. Is there any way that I can forward the completed mail into <b>"SHARE FOLDER"</b> in SAP Business workplace, so that any HR admin can verify the completed workitem at any time.
I really appreciate your help and definitely I'll reward a points for good suggestion.
Thanks
Kamal Babu
Hi Kamal Babu,
You say you send a workitem which they execute to end the workflow. Is this really necessary or could you send a notification by using a send mail step. You either send it to the SAP inbox as a document or as an external e-mail. This way everyone at HR admin gets the message and can verify it.
Regards,
Martin

Hi Martin
Thanks for your good suggestion. But clients want to put all the completed workitem along with attachment(if any) in the Share folder which will be visible to Group to User. If any new User get assigned to access share folder, he should able to see all the old documents.
Is there any Standard Task(TS) to sent a mail to share folder or any Std. functional module.
I really appreciate your help
Thanks

I think this person can always check from the tab
SBWP->Outbox->work items executed by me
Or
You can use send mail task and if the notification goes to email clientlike Lotus Notes or Outlook it will stay.
Thanks
