Alter Sales Order Form Title

Hello everybody,

I use UI/DI API to build a SAP Business One Add-On with SAP Business One Studio for Visual Studio.

I need to change Sales Order Form title, to do this I wrote in function OnCustomInitialize()

this.UIAPIRawForm.Title = "A Title";

The issue is that when Add or Find buttons are pressed, or Next / Previous Record are pressed, form's title resets back to it's original title.

If I insert the same line of code in Sevice Call's form OnCustomInitialize() function and press one of the above buttons, form's title will not reset and remain the same title as given in function.

Can someone explain why is this happening in Sales Order form and not in Service Call form?

Kind regards,

Dimitris Theotokatos

Hello DIEGO,

thank you for your answer. I checked the solutions provided but this will not solve my issue as I also use Form.Title to set the form's title but the title resets again afterwards.

Hi Dimitris,

Use the default functionality provided by SAP is not an option?

If the answer for the question above is no. I believe that the unique workaround is to use menu event or form data event to set up again the form title, as mentioned on the other thread.

Kind Regards,
