send multiply user with option of approval and reject

I am new to workflow . Not able to find out the whether data is flowing or not. here my condition is Importing parameter is material document number and document year.out parameter will be plant, material number and storage location.

How to send the mail to ( TO user and CC) in workflow along with data in table format with an example.

if approval or reject the user how to proceed . I have not idea.

Hi Amarnath,

Sending workitems for approval to multiple users is pretty much standard operating procedure - in case one of the selected users is not available - so I think you should back up and begin with basics first (and I know that's hard)

Since you are new to workflow, I recommend you start by finding what SAP-delivered templates for your business object are available, and examining those (as well as the business object) to see what is available and what you can do with it. It's also a good idea to find and take the many SAP Workflow Tutorials that you can find.
Brief Overview:

Material Document - your business object - find this by going to transaction SWo1 and having a look... maybe it's BUS1001006.

Then use the where-used on this object to see what workflow templates are linked to it. This will be something starting with 'WS'.

Then try testing it, see what it does!

Thank you for your guideline .

I got the business object BUS2017 as per my requirement . Here i am passing the material document and material document year as import paramaters and linked to workflow builder from that point i need guidance how to link and what are the necessary steps has to do. please helpme

Have you looked for tutorials, or done any reading? Because what you are asking goes way beyond 'I am having a problem with workflow xxx when it encounters this type of error"...
