condition in smartform

Hi,

new to smartform development,I need to specify a condition for a text element display,

Where to specify the condition in smartform, this condition should applicable only for one particular text element.

1is it should in program lines or

2. where condition in loop elment in smartform?

3. somewhere else?

please help me
