looking for your help
Hi SRM Support,
We had this issue too. Please check and apply note 1070567 - BBPSC08: After Partitial Rejection SC Item not changeable. This should resolve your issue
Also, check the WF security settings for the requester(in su01--> personalization). It should be 'low' for the WF to be retriggered after change.

Hi there,
thanks for your reply. The problem has resolved half way. The rejected items is changable now But when I am accepting changes its creating PO with rejected line. ideally it should create PO without rejected line.
also we don;t ant to use reapproval workflow as once items is rejected it should not again go to manager for approval and shopper should accept changes.
any idea...
Hi there,
The workflow is working but bit strangely, its going to the higher level approval once approved at the lower level.
E.g I have created a SC for £100 with three line and now changed the SC to 800 its not going for reapproval but if I amend this to 1001 its going for reapproval to hiher level, why at first instance the change SC is not going for reapproval. Also I havn;t maintaiend BBP_WFL_SECURITY( in our case its medium) parameter though its going for reapproval.
also regarding the deleted line should not go for reapproval thanks for the badi...
regards
Hi,
Have you copied the std WF "Ws14000133"?All oss notes you'll find will say "don't copy dynamic workflow". In fact the workflow ID is checked and hard coded in several fonction to determine wether the workflow is a classic or dynamic one.
You may change the value in the abab code (some constants are defined in BBP_WFL_CON).
My suggestion would be: no copy of the workflow, better generate a new version of the standard and implement your change there.

Hello ,
Check the Task TS10407972.
Change this task to general task.
Try assigning agent in PFTC.

Hi,
Pls check whether the parameter BBP_WFL_SECURITY has been set properly.
You can also have a look at the BADI "BBP_WFL_EMPL_WI_BADI ".You can use this BADI to determine whether:
- a SC can be changed during approval process
- the approval WF restarts when changes are made to the document
- a reviewer/approver can be added or changed
- these are the call scenarios (see import parameter SCENARIO).
You use this BAdI to overwrite the settings for the authorization level of approver

HI there,
BBP_WFL_SECURITY parameter was maintaiend to 'medium' intially I have changed to 'low' and its woking now meaing the shopping cart is going to reapproval. But the rejected item is also going for second time to approver.
Scenario is like.
1. created sc with 3 lines.
2. Line 2nd is rejected by approver.
3. shopper getting the rejected sc and he click on ' change' adding line no 4 a new line and cilck on 'transfer cahnges'
4.NOW the approver's inbox is showing all the four lines including initially one which was rejected. The requirment is that the rejected line should not go to approver. Is it possible???
I am aware of the work around where the rejected line can be deleted in the SC and then send for approval but looking for any other option if availble and standard.
regards
SRM
