Hello experts,
I have upgraded from 7.1 SP14 to 7.2 SP5.
After customizing, I can create an incident and send it to support with the status "Sent To Support. In the application "Meldungen auflösen und senden", I can filter according to certain status atttributes, but unfortunately the status "Sent to Support" is not among the possible filter options. How can I exend this list to contain all possible statuses that I use.
