We have a requirement where complaint will be created in CRM. Now this needs to be taken to back-end system. There is requirement for integration with PM module. Now this can be replicated as PM notification, PM order or Service Notification. I have never worked on PM interface.
As per SAP Best practices complaint is replicated to ECC, but I am not sure what other options are there.
Please help me in getting a solution for this scenario.
