Leave PO after confirmation open in SUS

Hi SRM gurus

another question regarding SRM Server 5.5 with SUS. We drive a MM->SUS scenario where we currently transfer POs to SUS.

After a supplier creates an order confirmation, the document is closed, meaning that no further confirmation can be created.

Our requirement is that after I confirm a line item (or the whole PO) the PO stays open. With the consequence that I can create more than one order confirmation to a PO.

Any ideas how we could make our system to do so?

Hi,

The system does not allow any confirmations to be created , this is correct as there are no lines for which confirmations can be done.

Keeping the purchase order open will not be of any use also because , there are no open lines.

If you want to open the purchase order again , you need to add a new line to Purchase order in MM , (or) change the quantity of the purchase order line in MM.

then the purchase order in SUS will remain open.
