report for raw material

Dear Guru

1. i want the report for my raw material daily stock it should include

vendor name

item name

po no.

po date

po rate

basic rate

taxes (excise, vat cst.....etc each in separate column)

gr no

gr date

LR no.

can i get the report or i have to customizing the same

my problem is only that i cant get the taxes (means excise tax value, vat tax value) in the report how can i get the same
