Creating a position in SAP HCM

Hello,

I am Geetanjali. New leaarner in SAP HCM. I created many position through PPOME by selecting from hit list. But now there are no vacant positions into that hit list. Can anyone please guide how should i create a position with same technique or by any other way also.
