HI Tony

Go to bbp_pd transaction and check the shopping cart status. If you have a PO created, it will have I1113 active. otehrwise the wrors would be listed there.

if you have I1113, check you have activated bbp_clean_reqreq_up report as a background job. This will get the PO number back to shoppingcart.

Hi,

If you want only the PO number,

then goto SRM browser go to shopping cart check the follow on documents,

there you can see the PO number, if it is created successfully.

Krish, not that simple. It looks like a workflow issue that we are looking into.

Hi,

Try sapgui transaction bbp_pd

you can then either

Case 1 : enter your SC number for BUS2121 or

case 2 : just select BUS2201 (PO) to see all created PO ;

For case 1 then you can navigate to the item level and have your PO number

For case 2, you will have your PO number at hearder level

Kind regards,

Yann

I tried earlier to navigate for Case 1at item level and no PO number was to be found. The status in SRM shows approved. Even for case 2 I can't find the PO created. It is not in the list in bbp_pd.

Hi,

What scenario are you using ? standalone, classic, extended classic scenario ?

Case 1 works for all these scenarii.

Case 2 works only for standalone and extended classic scenario

Now, if you have no Po created, you have a bug or customizing issue.

Did you ever succeed to create a PO in this system ?

Kind regards,

Yann

Extended classic scenario.

We have succedded in creating loads of POs. The system has been live for almost a year now.

I'll see if there are any notes for this type of problem
