How do i add a tab to sales order?

Above is the layout of the sales order. As you can see we have multiple tabs from Content to Activities. I want to add another tab after activities in which our email capture can go into.

Im not sure if this has to be done with the use of BAdi Builder?

I basically need to replicate the documents tab that we already have which can be seen below and add it as a new tab called emails.

I am very new to SAP so be as basic as you can, all help would be greatly appreciated.
