Which is the last Patch Level for SAP B1 ? PL 39?

Are you using SAP B1 cluster A or B ? the cluster A latest PL is 39 and B is 34.

Yes, I use B1 A with patch level 39
For more info about the PL update, you could ask SAP Partner in your country or directly to service.sap.com/smb --> installation and updates.
If you are talking about SBO 2005 A, then thats Correct. PL39 is the latest Patch.
