Deletion of fixed purchase requisitions in SAP ERP (external MRP run / system)

Hello,

I have the scenario that an external system (similar to APO-SNP) runs MRP for trading goods creating PREQs (similar to ME51N). We are using IDOC PREQCR1 to post the PREQs. The external planning system has no reference to PREQs in ERP and therefore sends every week a "full" update to refresh the PREQs after it's own weekly MRP. I wonder what could be an approach in SAP ERP to delete the existing PREQs. Since we do not run MRP in ERP there is no automatic cleanup and we would need a "mass deletion" before the weekly refresh in an automated fashion. Is there a standard ERP program / mechanism to handle this ?

There is no standard transaction to do this as it is not considered as a standard business process, you would need to develop your own program
