Help need on Shift Premium Scenario

Hi All,

I stuck in one of time scenario and not able to figure out how to do changes in PCR, looking for your advice. Scenario - Normal working hrs of an employee are 36 hrs in a week, but payroll calculate shift premium on 40 hrs instead of 36, but If an employee is working less than 36 hrs then he would get actual hrs shift premium. I have done changes in the PCR to consider WS and WT. I tried to do some tweak in 1656, but it is not working. Inline image 1 I want below hrs for shift premium should be 40 not 36 Inline image 2

WT 1653 is calculating correctly as per actual hrs Inline image 3Please let me know how to accommodate above scenario in PCR.
