SAP LaMa/LVM windows werver reboot script

Hi,

We are implementing mass SAP systems reboots for windows patching using LVM tool to automate the restarts. Can somebody please share me the script if you have it already in place at your organization? Also please share the documentation for creating the custom configurations and custom hooks for the windows reboots.

You need to first add the systems to LaMa, and then create the templates, and then you can schedule them. With windows patches and reboots, if you know the time that they are going to run, say between 11pm and 3am, just schedule a shutdown of the SAP system at like 11pm, and then schedule them a start at like 3:30am to accommodate a longer startup afterwards as the case tends to be with windows patches or for starting write a script to start SAP with when the server restarts.
