Firmed Release Strategy for Purchase Requistion

Hi

We don't want the user to change the price in the PO .Once the Purchase Requisition is released , we want to allow for lower limit , but not for higher limit.How to do it in the PO for released Purchase Requisition.

What are the settings needed to activate in the release strategy Thanks in Advance

Hi

If u want to allow changes for certain value ( % ) u can select changiability as 4

Note that U can not allow only Lower price change.Changiability will be applicable either Lower or Higher Price change based on Defined %

While creating PO with ref. to PR Price field is not copied from PR.It is copied from Inforecord/contract etc.

PR price has no control over PO price.For this u have to set Release indicator in PO Release strategy ( If u set changiability as 1 - U can not change Po after Release ) Which in turn will restrict PO price change after PO release

Release indicator i think 4 if you marked you can no change doc after relase
