Firmed Release Strategy for Purchase Requistion

Hi

We don't want the user to change the price in the PO .Once the Purchase Requisition is released , we want to allow for lower limit , but not for higher limit.How to do it in the PO for released Purchase Requisition.

What are the settings needed to activate in the release strategy Thanks in Advance
