GP Process for Interactive Forms

Hi,

I had created a form thorugh Adobe Life Cycle Designer.I had configured GP process for Interactive Forms and now i want to do the GP process for this form.Actually i had a document of Time-Off_request but it is an example,which is allreday there in EP.I want to do GP process for a new form.Please any body help me with a document.
