how to add,modify,delete from view in data dictonary database(URGENT)

Hi all,

I created one table tmp_data and added two fields name and place of type short.

i even created an archive(sda file) and deployed, and in the webdynproview i took two inputfields .and added buttons for add,modify and delete. now the problem is i need to add,modify and delete entries into these database table columns is there any way by which i can do this i.e., without any database i can directly modify values in a column of data dictonary database. please if ill be thankfull to you by giving full points if u help me doing this.
