E-mail notification when PO is Released

Dear All,

We are using SRM 5.0 extended classic scenario, When a PO is completly approved and released automatically a mail is triggering from workflow system to all the approvers and the creator.

I want to change the text of that mail.

Can anyone please tell how to change the script of that mail and from where it is triggering
