Hi All,
can any one explain briefly the diffrence between th tcodes xd01 and vd01,
xk01&mk01,me21,me21n,

XD01 : Create Customer
XK01 : Create Vendor master
MK01: Create Vendor
ME21 : Create Purchase Order
ME21N: Create Purchase Order ( Enjoy Tcode)
VD01 : Create Customer

Hi.
The X-once are the central transaction and includes all other trx like mk01 and vd01.
For example:
MK01 Create vendor (Purchasing)
FK01 Create Vendor (Accounting)
XK01 Create vendor (Centrally)
So when you use MK01 you can't create Accounting data, when you use FK01 you can't create Purchasing data.
If you use XK01 you can create all data for vendors.
The difference between between me21 and me21n is that the 'n' one is an ENJOY transaction (and also newer then me21), and so cant be used for batch input etc...
