Retro Calculations in Payroll

Hi Everyone,

There are standard processes to retrieve payroll results which I understand. However, when a given 'in' period has multiple results due to retros, eg for 39.2005 in 06.2006, for 40.2005 in 06.2006, for 41.2005 in 06.2006 ........etc. How can you calculate what was actually paid in 06.2006 for a particular wage type ?

Thanks and all helpful answers will be rewarded immediately..

For Ex:

For period In period WT Value

25.2005 25.2005 1000 10 USD

26.2005 26.2005 1000 10 USD

25.2005 27.2005 1000 15 USD ) value revised by retro

26.2005 27.2005 1000 15 USD ) from 10 to 15 USD

27.2005 27.2005 1000 15 USD

Each result for 27.2005 will show WT1000 = 15 USD. What is paid in 27.2005 for WT 1000 is:

15 + (15-10) + (15-10), ie 25.

How can I locate the paid amount of 25USD for WT1000 in 27.2005 ?
