You can link the payslip form name in feature HRFOR to display in ESS.

So, you are using PC00_M24_HRF via WEBGUI? Should work, but that's not ESS.
ESS and MSS are specific applications written for that purpose to show data based on the user/personnel number assignment.

ESS is available in various technologies - each of them has a specific service for the payslip, which isn't PC00_M24_HRF
