bapi for inspection lot status and status text update

hello all,

Is there a BAPI to update the inspection lot status (to HLD). (Tcode: QA02)

Also, Iam looking for a BAPI for updating the classification table of a particular batch.

Navigation: tcode: MSC2N > classification tab > Special Use and Special Use Text (these needs to be updated with a BAPI)

Please let me know. I appreciate all your help.
