Which is best option among FM/Report/Perform with in ModulePool?

HI Experts,

Am modifying(adding a new PAI module)to Z_modulepool_1 prog.(its very big one), so, at screen_0002, I wannna to write CALL TRANSACTION BDC, so, pls. clarify that,

1 - so, for this BDC, am thinking to write my (CALL TRANSACTION BDC)code in Z_FM, so is it a good idea?

2- Can I use SUBMIT Z_REPORT stattement in PAI_MODULE?

3- Can I write directly CALL TRANSACTION BDC code in the PAI_module it self, by using a PERFORM statsmet?

which is the best option?
